Peanut Butter and Yogurt Frozen Bites

A Quick Treat or After Dinner Dessert

My husband works late some nights, closing the store, so he doesn't like a heavy dinner that late in the evening.  But it's still nice to have a little sweet treat.  And these no bake, frozen bites are the perfect solution.

Made with things I usually have on hand, they come together quickly.  Which is another plus.

To Make Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites You Will Need:

1/3 c plain greek yogurt

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2 Tablespoons honey

dash of vanilla

Combine until all the ingredients are mixed well.  Scoop into a silicone mold and freeze.
I used my silicone egg bites mold but any type of mold will do.

I added some chocolate chips because I think chocolate and peanut butter is a perfect combination.

Freeze the bites for at least 4 hours, then ENJOY!  Store the bites in the freezer for a quick treat or after dinner dessert.
